First of all, let me state upfront that this post is merely asking questions. I am not trying to give advice or claim expert knowledge of the Wuhan virus. (Yes, it came from there, just like Ebola came from nearby the Ebola River.)

First question:

If the virus has been checked in Wuhan, what does this video mean? Where are the people?
